If you would like to volunteer for 4 hours then you get a $50 discount as well - But again this is not for online registration and is for the first 20 volunteers only.
Each club gets 3 votes for the incoming Governor Elect. BUT you must be present to vote. We have 2 candidates to date, Chuck Richardson and Matt Gregory. Chuck will be at our Regional conference on May 17th and Matt will be at our CLE training session June 17th. If there are additional candidates I will let you know.
The program is being finalized but will include Intro session for first timers - one on Thursday eve and another Friday am to give you hints on getting the most out of your first District conference.
- 2 Mega Learning tracts (formerly called forums) with Motivational speaker Steve Siemens
- 22 Learning tracts to choose from, 3 which will be given twice, on current topics essential to Kiwanis learning and success. Each attendee can choose which to attend, 5 over the course of the conference. If you are sending more than one member from your club - and I encourage you to do so - then you can cover even more tracts and compare notes!
Details of these will be online June 1. You need to send 5 people to cover very session!
Booths will be set up by Kiwanis associated family and sponsors, there's the Governors banquet, PNW Foundation and outreach/awards reception and so much more. It promises to be: a major learning experience, FUN, a chance to meet Kiwanis family from throughout our region, a place to make new friends and exchange ideas.
Please share this with your club members and plan to ensure you are well represented at this our 100th Conference
